HIIT

Here, we combine free weights with squats, lunges, and high-interval exercises so that you can build strength according to your own body type and goals.

Monday - Thursday

  • Morning Classes- 5, 6:15, 7:30, & 8:45 am

  • Evening Classes- 4, 5:15, & 6:30 pm

Friday

  • Morning Classes- 5, 6:15, 7:30, & 8:45 am

  • Evening Classes- 4 & 5:15 pm

Saturday

  • Morning- 8:00am & 9:00am

Yoga and Stretch Class

Basic yoga poses and beneficial stretches for muscle recovery.

Once a month on Saturday at 9:00am
